Our background

We have been at the forefront of property development in the UK since the 1980’s via our development company Capitol London Limited. We pioneered the conversion of redundant offices in the City of London into chic apartments and retail outlets, contributing to making the Square Mile a vibrant place to live as well as work. In 2017 we were involved in the development of two towers of 360 apartments at the entrance to London’s Royal Docks, these were built at the foot of the Emirates Cable Car which crosses the Thames - we see the value that good transport links brings to real estate so this became the inspiration behind Skyline.

We’ve teamed up with expert partners to help us deliver. Doppelmayr are the worlds leading cable car manufacturer and Insight International are trusted experts in the development of complex projects around the globe. Together we have managed projects on every continent from transport and logistic parks to retail malls and residential towers.

Our mission

It is our mission to develop Cable Car lines and networks in urban environments around the world. Using our extensive network of contacts we source suitable locations for implementation and see them through to completion.

As cities become more crowded existing travel infrastructure cannot cope. We want to ensure that cable transport plays its part in shaping the future of the way we travel, whether a network or a link to areas where public transport is lacking.

Skyline CableWays can help the air in our cities become cleaner and make travel effortless and fun for its citizens .
